This one deserved a quick post of its own.
It's the Calypso by Siren Craft Brew.
This one is batch #980 so it's hopped with Ekuanot, Simcoe and El Dorado.
It's a Berliner-style sour beer, so it's as fizzy as expected.
Pours a pale light hazy body with a nice head. Straight away it smells sour. Fruity, citrus in general. Acidic and sour, grassy hoppy notes, pretty well balanced and really refreshing; moreish.
