To access the visions of Svartalfheim, I needed to build Valka's house, but lacked resources. I set out to raid nearby locations, fast-traveling to Black Peak. On route, I eliminated a vengeful bandit, rescued a prisoner from patrolling guards, and reached a distrust area where I sounded my horn for my crew.

Emerging from the visions of Asgard, I knew I had to find a way back to the realm of Svartalfheim. To do so, I needed to construct Valka's house at the settlement so she could brew the required potion.

I mounted my white wolf, navigating the paths toward Valka's shelter to evaluate the construction costs. Upon arrival, I confirmed that I still lacked the necessary supplies and raw materials since I had not conducted any recent raids.

Determined to collect the required resources, I opened the map to locate nearby targets. Spotting two unraided locations in the region, I decided to strike both. I fast-traveled to the high eagle point at Black Peak to shorten the trip, performed a leap of faith to the ground, and mounted my wolf to head toward the nearest undiscovered target.

Along the trail, a lone bandit ambushed me. Though I could have ridden past him, I turned around and struck him down. Searching his body, I recovered a note revealing he was seeking vengeance for his brother, whom my clan had killed in a prior battle.

Resuming the journey, I came across a group of enemy forces holding a bound prisoner along the road. Heavy enemy patrols were moving through the area, so I waited for a gap in their rotation.

When the patrol was going away, I noticed another group was coming to this side and I lost patience so I decided to attack right away.

When the main group drifted away, I assassinated one guard instantly, and cut down the second in close combat. I freed the captive and slipped away into the brush just as the returning patrol discovered the corpses.

I continued across the countryside until I reached the outer edge of the undiscovered ruins. I guided my wolf straight into the river, relying on the beast to carry me safely across the water.

Reaching the opposite shore, I entered a distrust zone filled with local fishermen and hostile guards. The local forces spotted me and charged immediately.

I dismounted, drew my war horn, and sounded the call to initiate the raid. I was taking a blow from an attacker just as my longship crew miraculously pulled up to the shoreline to join the fight.

That's all for now.
