After a devastating series of earthquakes in Mexico, Israel has sent a team of 71 search and rescue specialists to aid in the ongoing struggle to save buried survivors, or find those who have lost their lives under the rubble.
One of the tools being used is this specialty device created by Israeli firm "Camero," which uses radio waves to see through walls or other debris. The device is so sensitive that it can detect if someone is breathing under the rubble.
For interests sake, the number 71 represents all 70 "nations" plus 1 for the Creator. (There are 70 nations of peoples on this planet, although we have many more "countries" than 70...)
