In a city of concrete and steel

Where the smog never clears

And the sun is a distant memory

We live in a dystopian hell

Where the only thing that thrives

Are the rats and the roaches

And the only thing that grows

Are the weeds in the cracks

We are the forgotten people

The ones that society has left behind

We are the ones that have nothing

And nowhere to go

But we carry on

Because what else can we do?

In this dystopian city

We are the last ones standing

And we will never give up
