Since its proposal by the man Dan, last August, the EOS community has been asking “When Rex???” as lots of hopes are tied to its implementation:
– Passive income for holders
– Providing ongoing utility to tokens held (by delegating CPU and bandwith)
– Incentivise voting.

Anyhow since 2 of 3 steps to implement REX have passed, it’s less of a question when REX will be implemented, as it will be released in a few days but where you as a user will be able to use it. To my knowledge there are currently 3 platforms that have come out to offer such services:
