I was listening to Steven Still's Treetop Flyer earlier, trying to think of a good action shot for this week's Photography Lover's Contest (see contest post Here for rules and entry) It didn't take long before that combo made me think of this sequence of shots from last year's Thunder Over Louisville. I still don't know what I'm going to enter into the contest but I do know that I'm fond of both that song and this sequence so I thought I'd share both with you.
I want to be on that bridge in the background the next time Treetop Flyer here is in town.
It was one of those cool, grey, overcast spring days, the sun was just starting to chase the western horizon when this little exhibition took place.
I think at this point he's progressed beyond (below?) Treetop Flyer...
I was kinda hoping he'd fly through the canal, I think they lowered the drawbridge just to stop him!
I don't think the bridge would be much of an obstacle if he were so inclined. I hope y'all enjoyed the sequence and the song. Now it's time for me to take off!
