I will share with you a linked-in hack that I discovered a couple of months ago, since then I did not hear any complaints or questions from Linkedin (as I do not think I breached their rules since "Their" App did all the work)
The concept quite simple:
A- Linked-in App has a feature (you may need to enable it) that allows the App to scan your contacts/address book & compare them to members whom have a LinkedIn Profile.. Once the app find matches, it will suggest an Automatic connection request ... Pretty cool huh?
B- LinkedIn allows members to download their Connections-file which a CSV file that contains all your First level connections. BUT it does not allow you (there is no known feature) to re-upload that file back into LinkedIn ....or is there ? "Evil grin..."
C- So, you can reach out to your friends and business partners and ask for a copy of that file.
D- All you need to do is upload that connection file into your phone and run the app!
