Each Upvote Token is worth 1 upvote by account @co2assist with

• Vote Weight 100’000 SP and
• Voting Power: 100%
  _{or an equivalent upvote, e.g. vote weight >= 200’000 SP and voting power 50%.}

Important Remarks:

• The account @co2assist will get its first delegated 100'000 SP from account @co2admin as soon as @co2admin has received 222’000 SP, mainly through the offer of COCO on steem-engine. From then on each token can be exchanged for 1 upvote.
• Please take into consideration that there will be a maximum of 210 possible 100%-upvotes a week by account @co2assist.
• If you don't want to post or comment, the Upvote Token of course can be traded at steem-engine.
