Hi everyone! Happy Sunday to you all! Yes, it's true! It appears that I am on fire when opening Orb packs lately! Maybe it has something to do with the potions at work... (of course it does, lol)! I have used the brilliant potions for Gold and Legendary and have pulled 2 Legendary Gold cards in just 1 week! The only other time I pulled one was last summer! I am so excited about these potions, I have been telling everyone so they can go try it out as well. You never know what you might open up! Yesterday in discord, Yabapmatt said he was surprised that not more people were buying the orb packs with DEC. I took that and went and bought the 100 Orb pack with 10 free orbs packs bonus! I still have like 50 more to open! I will wait until I feel lucky again, LOL! The first gold foil Legendary card I pulled last summer was a Alpha gold foil Spirit of Forest. At the time you could sell it for an easy $800 or $900 but I felt the need to hold it as I do use it in gold foil tournaments a lot. Then, last week I opened up a gold foil Minotaur Warlord and today a gold foil Lord of Fire! I listed it right away as I won't be using that card in tournaments. I will use the money and go buy more Orb packs with DEC! I started to spend some of my 1.5 million DEC stash and it has paid off, I do not regret it at all! It is really exciting opening up a gold foil Legendary card! For the season ending rewards I got two Legendary cards and that was nice but nothing is like opening up a gold foil Legendary! It is funny as the past 2 times I was not that excited until I saw the price, LOL! They are new cards and I was not sure of their worth. This is such a great part of the game, it is not all battling. I like to buy, sell and trade Splinterlands cards as well! I hope you all use the brilliant gold and legendary potions as they sure do work! I'm off to go open up some more Orb packs! Have a great day in Splinterlands!
