I played since 8 years and I played a lot of games in the Splinterlands. I was able to win over 10k rankeds in modern so my experience in that format is huge compared to new players which just started they journey in the game. All of them were played in modern! I also played other formats like wild, survival and frontier but compared to modern I played more only in wild. Still there I played most battles over first years there was only one format and after years it splited to wild and modern. It took so many time and effort to play that much battles. Things changed a lot in modern but it is always 2 last released card sets! Ok sometimes there is ruleset which give access for wild cards but only 1 card can be played and only monsters no archons or old summoners from old editions. So yeah now there is bracket system before there was normal system with rating. Now after changes is not possible to get win streak when rating is higher than 3000 points. Making rating points without win streak is really not easy especially when liquidity bots in high division have access to all cards also they can play with the newest promo cards. When I play versus real player not a liquidity bot I know that probably this player missing some cards if not a lot. For him making best strategy to counter me is really challenging thing. When I play versus liqudity bots this is challenge for me to counter that full deck. Good thing that waiting time in high division is much shorter than ever before. Playing from phone is better right now of course there are some things which need changes like blinking abilities during card selection or some heavy animations which slow phone.
In every format I have positive win ratio after years of playing. My collection still is not completed. There are new cards frequently so is not easy to just get them all. But I trying playing with my deck which I rebalance from time to time when I have some free funds or when I just drop some nice reward cards which I didn't had before. So for me it's is really a small celebration of my winning battles. Battles which I lost made me stronger. I always try to draw wisdom from defeats. I don't like skip battles and I watched almost all of them! Over 10k battles is a lot and I want to play at least ten of thousands more. It's over 28k battles played in total only in modern and in all formats it is over 48.3k total battles right now. This is how I get experience in this game just by playing a lot of games. Maybe with tournaments and brawls it would be closer to 50k games which is really possible!
