This is a brand new project and possibly the best time to jump in. Operation wise is very similar to the well known Bitconnect and probably you already heard about people having success in Bitconnect lending. The new project called Homeblockcoin and they have their own HBC coin which you buy and lend.
So basically after you sign up, you will have to deposit some Bitcoins to the account and exchange them to the HBC coin.
After that, you can choose the amount you want to lend through the HBC lending wallet. Currently, the price of one HBC is USD 2.25 but it is expected to rise quickly.
Alternatively, you can withdraw your HBCs to a PC wallet and just stake them at your convenience
As with any investment and new projects you should take your time to study and always understand your risk.
