First things first. The roof!
Today my wife and i attacked the roof today it was full of spiders and birds nests.
First thing i had to do was take off all the old flashings, so i could then lift all the metal roofing sheets.
Once all the roofing iron was off. My wife got in and cleaned up all the birds nests i didn't help its hers hahaha.
We then put down the new roofing paper. We put this down for better external moisture protection.
After the paper was down, the roofing iron went back on.
She is still unsure as to whether of not she will completely change the roofing iron (get new stuff). She will know once its all scrubbed up and re painted.
