When I joined Proof of Brain tribe, I thought it's working on pure proof of brain concept. I thought that I shouldn't power up the token to do well in the community. I still think the same and it's reality, here people aren't rewarded for their stake or how big their accounts are in hive. Here authors are rewarded for their thinking, ideas and opinions. And all that someone needs is good writing skills to write and a smart brain to think. Even if you see that all type of content is accepted here, the original writing with analysis is appreciated more !
But you should never forget that the token is built on the top of hive blockchain and people here are used to doing things for rewards. So, since it has a monetary side, the investors should be also rewarded. So, thinking that someone who invested, let's say, $1000 in the token or even more shouldn't be rewarded at all except the curation rewards he/she gets, could be wrong as well. Of course, those who invested a lot shouldn't take all the reward pool for only him/her self, but appreciating such investment is also needed.
In steem we already had a big experience with taking over the blockchain using a big stake. So most of us here know what to do to not let a person or a group of people dictate what to do. Anything done should be brainstormed by the community and discussed by the team. I'm not too much into the politics and I don't know what's happening, but I think everything is already balanced here. We have so many old players who understand how to build a healthy community. Along with those who joined recently to share their opinion about how things should be done.
I like it here because I see a big Equilibrium in curating, creating, commenting and staking. Especially I feel the Equilibrium in the distribution of the reward pool among those who contributed in the tribe created and the existed hive blockchain !
I wish we will have such Equilibrium in other tribes as well. I'm just learning about them all.
