It's the late night and I'm visiting my mother after a few months of quarantine. I live in a big city and my mother lives in a little town. She's living in the border and her home is among many homes with lands. There are two dogs surrounding me and I'm sitting alone in front of the house and enjoying the wind, dark and silence.

In the city I have a good internet speed and I usually watch a lot of videos about what's happening in the world and especially in the country where I live. I'm tired of politics and from what bad people are doing to this world. I want just to relax and breath air. I want to enjoy this pause of strict law before the second wave.

I'm just cleaning my mind now from everything. I enjoy the nature. I hear crickets and how some dogs are barking far from here and sometimes the dogs of my mother and how cats are walking and moving arround. I'm waiting for my wife to sit with her under the stars while she is busy preparing some food for tomorrow.

Sometimes to feel better all we need is silence. We need to stop that flow of thoughts. To take a break from everything. It really frees our mind and heal us. That's how we can be the psychologists of ourselves.
