The Principe bar is the first choice pastry shop in my city, Trani. It is also the oldest, opened in the 50s and passed down from generation to family. Success is determined by the quality and goodness of the products that customers appreciate daily, the care of the aesthetics of the business and the courtesy and kindness of the staff. Three fundamental aspects that every owner of an activity aimed at the public must always comply with.
The customer who enters the pastry shop is surrounded by a long glass wall of pastries, biscuits, brioches and chocolates, all handcrafted in the bar's labarotorio. In addition, there are additional man-height refrigerators full of cakes and ice cream that surround customers and it is impossible not to fall into temptations! Outside there is a covered room but with sliding windows for the hottest days.
Bar Principe also offers aperitifs and coffee bar, and offers catering services for parties or occasions. I recommend to those who find themselves in these parts to consume at least one breakfast to really taste the goodness of the local pastry.
