Hello dear Hive community! A good presentation of a plate attracts a lot the attention of your guests. Each person gives it their personal touch, and can make different creations. Today I want to present a step by step on how to decorate a plate with fresh tomatoes. Let's get started!
Ingredientes:
• 1 tomate
• 1 cucharada de aceite
• 1 cucharada de vinagre
• 1 pizca de sal
• 4 hojitas de albahaca
Ingredients:

• 1 tablespoon of oil
• 1 tablespoon of vinegar
• 1 pinch of salt
• 4 basil leaves
Paso 1
Cortamos el tomate a la mitad. Tomamos la mitad del tomate y cortamos nuevamente por el centro.

We cut the tomato in half. We take half of the tomato and cut again in the center.
Paso 2
Realizamos un pequeño corte, retirando parte del área blanca del tomate. Luego, realizamos un corte completo arriba y abajo, posteriormente en el centro (sin llegar a corta completamente).

We make a small cut, removing part of the white area of the tomato. Then, we make a complete cut at the top and bottom, later in the center (without cutting completely).
Paso 3
Cortamos la parte de arriba (posterior) hasta la mitad. Abrimos y obtenemos forma de mariposa.

Paso 4
Para preparar el aderezo, coloca en un bol el aceite, luego agrega la albahaca picadita, la pizca de sal y por último el vinagre.
