We stayed at their house in Naic, Cavite, because they were also spending their weekend there. Since we arrived late, we had a DIY samgyupsal for dinner, and my auntie also bought pizza. We all ate together, shared fun conversations, had a few drinks, and even did karaoke—just like we always do."

However, I didn't like the coffee.

I also didn't like the atmosphere. The service was very cold; people didn't talk, they were absorbed in their own affairs, their cell phones, or newspapers."
