✨"A few meters away, near the State Government Building (Sucre, Venezuela), about ten years ago, a friend took the photo I use here on my Hive profile--I'll change it when José Gregorio Hernández performs another miracle I've been waiting for, even when I'm not a believer--. It's as if time has frozen, even though the coffee is still hot. God, the coffee here is always hot. Maybe that's why we don't realise that time is passing? The trees won't lose their green, nor the sun its brightness. There's a reason why the Caribbean Sea bathes us after all, I believe." 
✨"Usually I go out on a Sunday morning to cycle around, but last Sunday I overslept and woke up late, haha, so I went to a cafe instead. This was my second time visiting this cafe, so I wasn’t sure what to order. But honestly, the night before, I’d looked at their Instagram and I found out they were offering a morning promotion sort of." 
✨"We went inside to check what they have. They have big, beautiful pastries and croissants. The sweet aroma lingers inside the cafe. The warm lights and decor add to the aesthetics of the place. After checking their menu at the counter, we decided that we would take a seat outdoors." 
✨"I was with my sisters, and after running some errands, my body was crying out for a coffee, so I immediately said yes to my friend. I waited for him at the entrance, and when he arrived, he told me to choose the place, since this shopping centre has many cafes. So I chose La cafetería Amarelo, which is well known for its decor and service, in addition to having a very varied and tempting menu." 
✨"Coffee is a beverage that represents us all, and every household has its own way of preparing it, with different brands of coffee and many other characteristics that define this drink. However, the essential thing is that it serves to recharge our spirits, spend time with family and friends, and coffee will always be present. This is why International Coffee Day is celebrated every year, something I learned about thanks to this community. " 
✨"I began my morning ritual: my famous black coffee without sugar, which I like to enjoy in the morning. That homey smell of freshly brewed coffee has already left its mark on my memory. Every time I perceive it through my nostrils, it generates a feeling of well-being. It's that smell and taste that keeps me relaxed, alert, and serene in any circumstance." 
✨"I bought this a couple of days ago at a very affordable price here in my country, since it’s currently on sale at a well-known supermarket in my city. It’s worth noting that even though Colombia exports incredible coffee to the world, we don’t always drink the best of it locally, and that’s why these kinds of tools aren’t very popular among the general public." 
✨"I picked up my stuff and rushed out to this little coffee shop I’d seen a couple of times but had never entered. This was the perfect opportunity. I walked in, they gave me the Wi-Fi password, I set up my computer, and I ordered a sugar-free vanilla latte. While waiting, I checked my agenda—there weren't many things left to do. I organised a couple of files on the computer, and finally, my coffee arrived." 
✨"In this place are located many stores, restaurants and the well-known Chaplin cinema, etc. Nearby is the Colon cemetery, one of the oldest in the country and houses works of art of universal fame, for the materials and techniques with which they were made." 
✨"The recipe consists of preparing a cream with instant coffee, water, and sugar. My proportions were 2 tablespoons of instant coffee, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water—the same amount of coffee and water, with sugar to taste.
These ingredients must be beaten until frothy. Many say you can do this with a hand mixer, others say it's useless to do it that way, and others say to shake the ingredients in a bottle, although it can be difficult to get it out afterwards 🙄"
