✨"It was my birthday recently, and my sister wanted to take me out for breakfast at a place that is very special to us, but also very expensive. I made her change her mind. Instead of going there, I suggested we go to a modest café in the area (in Lecheria, Venezuela), where we have always felt at ease... with soft music, excellent service, and, among other delicious things, really good empanadas: Mocca, Coffee-Bistro... 
✨"I decided to have a Cappuccino Veneziano. The thick, velvety foam looked almost too perfect to touch. What can I say? I'm all about the cream!
Underneath, the coffee was smooth and slightly sweet, with a light nutty taste and just enough bitterness to keep the balance." 
✨"I ordered a cappuccino with oat milk. My friend had the same, but in a takeaway cup because it keeps the coffee hot. The coffee was quite strong, just the way I like it. We didn't have any food this morning as we didn't have much time. I have heard from other people that the food is excellent, with a good range of hot and cold beverages. Alcoholic drinks are also available, but far too early for me!"

✨"Despite being a producing country, the population has to import coffee powder. The coffee produced here is exported or sold to tourists at prices that are unattainable for most Cubans. Hence, the announcement took us a little by surprise. Well, it turns out that the Santiago 510 coffee is a special edition for the 510th anniversary of the city of Santiago de Cuba, and as such, it was sold in a limited way to the population. Literally after that day, it has not been sold anymore 🙂."

The yellow lighting creates a warmth that embraces you, while the chairs are strategically arranged, ideal for different types of gatherings. From conferences and work meetings to those moments when you just want to enjoy a coffee and chat without rushing." 
✨"Approved, its flavour is a little stronger than the one I usually drink, which is the Anzoátegui coffee, but since I do not use an electric coffee maker but I am used to prepare my coffee in the guayoyo style, which is my favorite, I can play with this effect and make it smooth to my taste. Let us remember that the guayoyo is the llanero style coffee, as it is customary to drink in the region where I live, and it is prepared with a cloth strainer and the water boiled separately. 
✨"Since we arrived at that place, the decoration impressed us. Several musical instruments served as spectacular ornaments in each of the halls, endowing the place with an inspiring magic. No less surprising and high quality, it resulted in the attention of its workers, a fact that caught our attention because good service is a scarce product in these times." 
✨"The main reason my tutor chose this place is because she's addicted to cinnamon rolls, and I won't lie to you, after the chocolate croissants, cinnamon rolls are my favourite sweets. There was a wide variety of sweets in the display case, but the speciality was cinnamon rolls, so we ordered two portions: one with a chocolate-frosted cream topping and the other with a white chocolate and pistachio topping."
