What is my favourite time of the day to visit a coffee shop? Hmm.
That is not a very easy question to answer. It varies, on certain days I might prefer to hit it early in the morning to kick-start the day. Sometimes, depending on what sort of day I am having at work, I might prefer a relaxing late afternoon or evening cup of coffee, to energize or lift up the mood.
Everything was just showcased in a little nicer way though, which gave it a more elevated feel to it. The set-up made it more memorable really, because it felt like fine dining.
When I have to do any of the things I mentioned before, I have an ideal place, and it is the coffee shop of the Hotel Saratoga, in the city center, this weekend I visited it, it has a restaurant area, a bar where you can sit and order the varieties of coffee they offer.

Coffee after 4 PM is always welcomed from my side. From a choice of beverages before 2 PM, however, I'd rather have tea, milk tea, red tea, black tea, green tea, I don't mind. Before COVID struck, I'd always have red tea at around 11 AM, especially during office visits and meetings. The whole office would join in actually.
For a long time I have wanted to teach in the world of coffee at an educational level, that is to say, to do my barista course and learn a lot about coffee. But, because of money issues I have not been able to do it, since barismo courses are really expensive, so in order not to get discouraged I started to learn at home watching videos and with information on Google.
There is nothing more delicious than tasting a delicious coffee when we feel anxious about some event that is about to happen and we do not know what will be its outcome, this drink is relaxing and calming of nerves 😋.
We love selling the story of each produce that comes from our estate. But for the first time we got to do this live in front of the customers and later connect with them one on one. The history, the journey and the modern practices of the farm was showcased in the event.
I'd only had one drink earlier that morning, so I was dying for a strong cup of coffee. It didn't disappoint either. In fact, it seemed to glisten in the sun. I could practically see my reflection in it.
One great thing about having a coffee is the conversation and the bond it created between friends and siblings. I am just really lucky that all of us loves drinking coffee and it feels great to have a quick coffee conversation with them out of our busy schedule.
There is no research that can conclude with certainty that there is a strong relationship between coffee and complaints of digestive problems or stomach aches due to coffee consumption. Some people are sensitive to their coffee consumption, but that doesn't mean it has to be applied and enforced in general.
