Good day, amazing people of the Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #hivelearners community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt to the rescue.
See this prompt? I keep asking myself, do I really have people who can rescue me if I am kidnapped? Just hearing the word 'kidnap' skips my mind because most times these people don’t come back alive, and I don’t think I have anyone that will come and rescue me once I am kidnapped. The fear of them being killed by the kidnappers will scare them away. Being kidnapped is not something that anybody prays for or wishes for you.
Seriously, I have not pictured myself being kidnapped because most times the story behind the kidnap is not always funny. Wow, calling someone to be my saviour is something I should be careful about because if I make the wrong decision, I will lose my life.
There is a situation where I am kidnapped, and I need someone to help me. One of the things that will come to my mind is a fictional character because nobody in my family or my friends will be able to lay down their life to rescue me in the hands of the kidnapper. That is why I will choose a fictional character to rescue me; with them, I am sure that I am safe. It will be Superman. Just like the name implies, he is strong, and I love watching his movie. Right from when I was a kid, I just loved the fact that Superman is ever ready to save people from danger.
If there is someone I can trust, it is Superman. I believe in his strength and capacity to save me from people that kidnap me. From his movie, you will know that he is capable and strong and always plays the role of saving people from danger.When it comes to strength, I give it to Superman because he doesn’t need a gadget or a weapon to fight; in order to rescue me, he will just fight them with his physical strength. One thing I love about him is he gathers information first before he strikes at the people that kidnap me.
Once Superman comes to the camp where the kidnappers keep me, he will deal with them without mercy, and he will rescue me. Superman will not just rescue and vanish; he will make sure I am safe. If the people that kidnap me see Superman, they will not be able to stand him.
I admired Superman so much right from when I was a child; he can go to any length just to make sure that he saves life. I have this confidence in him that he will be capable of rescuing me from my kidnappers. In a situation where I see myself captured by a kidnapper, the only person I can run up to is Superman.
