With Avengers Endgame neatly wrapping up the last 10 years of Marvel, and SPOILERS!!!! with Spiderman now becoming the most likely flagship candidate to replace Ironman, all roads might be leading to the next big finisher to be Secret Wars.
With Disney now owning Fox, who owns The Fantastic Four and X-Men, along with all of the characters tied to them such as Silver Surfer, Galactus, Dr. Doom, Magneto, and others, Secret Wars seems like the next big finale to bring all the new heroes into one epic conclusion! Dr Doom very well could be the next big bad since he was the final villain in Secret Wars.
Since Disney can't really use these Fox characters until 2020, that gives them time to develop the stories and how they will fit in. Spiderman has had many encounters with the Fantastic Four and the X-men and worked with them on a number of occasions! Secret War would also be a good way to introduce Venom into the MCU, since the Far From Home trailer reveals the multiverse, we could see Eddie Brock being pulled into this version of the MCU where Spiderman can finally get the famous Black Suit as it was first introduced in the Secret Wars comic series. Venom and Carnage could easily be pulled into this if Sony allows the use of their characters.
