¡Sudor, sacrificio y avances reales!

Hello to all Hive users and athletes of the Street Workout Community!

In this workout, I focused exclusively on the front lever, aiming to strengthen it in both dynamic power moves and static holds. My motivation was burning: I wanted to elevate my level with an unwavering desire for progress. Obviously, after a thorough warm-up—including shoulder, core, and wrist mobility, along with light planche and lever activations—I went all out.

I started with touch holds in an advanced tuck position. After a maximum hold in that position, I went straight to a maximum front lever, repeating this for 3 intense sets. I hardly ever train the touch, but today I wanted to master it to unlock future combinations, such as smooth transitions to more complex power moves.

Then, I moved on to advanced tuck pull-ups: 5-10 explosive reps followed by a hold to failure, all in 4 sets. I urgently need to refine these pull-ups so they look clean and powerful, essential for precise execution in advanced routines.

Finally, I finished with a brutal combo: a maximum hold of touch, followed by 5 tuck advanced pull-ups, a final maximum hold in tuck advanced, and, to increase the difficulty, one-arm front lever holds in tuck advanced until complete failure. This finisher not only exhausts the core and reinforces unilateral stability—crucial for the full front lever—but also builds asymmetrical strength and extreme control. Sweat, sacrifice, and real progress!
