Hello everyone
This is @chuch who will share with you a simple recipe and it's Ginisang Gulay.
My routine every early morning is to sip hot coffee and look around and think about what to do for the whole day. And since I'm just at home because I don't have a walk, I can do everything I want. And what I like to do most when I'm at home is to cook something delicious and I'm happy with what I'm doing because it's one of my ways of showing how much I love my loved ones.
So earlier while I was having coffee, I did not expect that received a blessing from a neighbor who is also our relative. These are vegetables they bought too much and they were afraid that they might not be able to use them and that they might rot so they gave them to me because we love vegetables. And I'm happy and grateful because I've saved money and I won't get tired of shopping at the market. And the money I saved I will save for the next day.
And today I will share with you the ginisang gulaythat I thought of cooking for our lunch. The first thing I did was prepare the ingredients needed for cooking.
These are the ingredients
Carrots
Chayote
Kalabasa
Baguio beans
Red onions
Garlic
Porkmeat
Green pepper/Espada
Ajinomoto
Magic sarap
Salt
Oysters sauce
Cooking oil
Black pepper
Procedure
Cut the Baguio beans into medium-sized pieces.
Cut the squash into small rectangular or square shapes.
Cut the carrots into thin circular oblong slices.
Cut the onions and garlic into small pieces.
And slice the green pepper/Espada into a long slanting shape.
Cut the pork meat into any shape but the right size.
Prepare the cooking oil and oyster sauce.
Prepare the seasonings such as salt, Ajinomoto, magic sarap, and black pepper.
Cooking Steps
Put the cooking oil in a hot pan and saute the garlic, and red onions until it turns golden brown.
And add a little pork meat and stir.
And then add the seasonings like salt, magic sarap, and Ajinomoto and mix it.
Then add the oyster sauce. Stir again.
Place the squash, carrots, and chayote. Add a little water and stir and cover. Let it simmer until the vegetables soften a little.
And when it softens put and spread the black pepper and stir again.
Immediately add the baguio beans. Stir and cover.
After a while put the green pepper/Espada. Mix and taste it. And if it suits your taste serve it after a few seconds.
And this is my cooked Ginisang Gulay
This is what we shared for lunch. It tastes good.
That's all about today and don't hesitate to try it. Till next time.
