Hello Everyone, and Welcome to my Post Today for

Drop on by the community. It's got what plants crave...<,<
Here is a shot of the container garden I set up over on my friends deck this year... well part of it anyhow there are plants all over this year lol
All images in this post were taken to today on a hot sunny Sunday. It was nice to see the Sun today, it was raining most of this last week off and on and a bit of wind as well.
I have many images of the different flowers in the garden right now lol.... too many so I decided to focus (<,< unintentional pun there) on one type for today. I give you the Poppy
These just started to open over the last few days and they didn't disappoint.
This pink one was the first to shed it's outer pod and open. This one is hot corral pink in color though it's a bit washed out due to full afternoon sun overhead.
Flowers and pods looking up .
Really like this angle with the sky in the background despite the chemtrail in the background.
Now I thought the pink ones looked great but this morning the red ones started opening. I planted a seed mix this year so these will be different colors mix in.
Love this one =P
This is my favorite so far, it's so bright, vivid red I had to bring down the color saturation for a change lol
Oh and look at this center. By the looks of it we have a little premature pollination going on here as well... Man this things only been open for about ten hours max and it already looks like a hotel room under a black light O.o
Right next to it this other red one opened up as well. Not quite as flashy but still vivid red. This was shot in the shade with a fill flash
This on had a more muted center than the other and the pollen is yellow rather than gray like the other... and not so liberally cast about the pedals.
Going to set up the Macro lab for these and do some reverse ring macro shots of these over the next few days.
A parting closeup shot of the pink poppy.
Hope you all have a great week....
Last but not least, an extra one for the Ladies.
