I first got the idea to make this recipe from seeing a bottle of sugar cookie dip Uncle Vern left at my house. I thought to myself "I could make something very similar to this just by smelling it" .
After many weeks of failed attempts and revisions this is what i came up with.
It is best after a week of steeping
The flavor of this recipe is a lightly toasted to almost burn edges of a sugar cookie lightly dipped in whole milk .
