Creation process/proceso de creación ✎:
For the sketching phase my idea was to portray a girl surrounded by flowers and that her hair would fly with such softness that it would transmit that feeling of peace and beauty at the same time. It was a bit difficult as I had to go out of my usual factions in my drawings, but I think the idea was very much worth trying new methods and techniques.
Para la fase de boceto mi idea fue retratar a una chica rodeada de flores y que su cabello volara con tal suavidad que transmitiera ese sentimiento de paz y belleza al mismo tiempo. Fue un poco difícil pues tuve que salir de mis facciones habituales en mis dibujos, pero creo que la idea merecía mucho probar métodos y técnicas nuevas.
I also took two images as references; one for the shape of her hair and the other for the shape of her face. I wanted a very subtle face and this guide of heart-shaped faces helped me a lot, here you have them if you want to take a look 1 2.
También tome como referencias dos imágenes; una para la forma de su cabello y otra para la forma de su rostro. Pues quería un rostro muy sutil. y esta guía de rostros en forma de corazon me ayudo muchísimo, aquí te las dejo por si quieres echar un vistazo 1 2.
For the choice of color as I told you I wanted it to be super pink, and at the same time I complemented it with violet and fuchsia; the combination of these is explosive. I especially loved her hair and being able to integrate different tones to the ones we are always used to like brown or blonde.
Para la elección de color como ya les dije quería que fuera super rosa. y al mismo tiempo la complemente por violetas y fucsia; las combinación de estos es explosiva. Ame sobre todo su cabello y poder integrar distintos tonos a los que siempre estamos acostumbrados como café o rubio.
To finish I placed pink filtered light and some flashes of light around it. And the background I decided to leave it in a neutral grayish blue and not to place more scenery. I hope you like it and tell me what the work transmits to you.
Para finalizar coloque luz filtrada rosa y algunos destellos de luz a su alrededor. Y el fondo decidí dejarlo en un azul grisáceo neutro y no colocar mayor escenario. Espero te guste y me digas que te transmite la obra.
