@vinotinto: Supporting the Venezuelan community with Tagbot

I think it is well known that there is a huge Venezuelan user base in Steemit. To support them and help them keep growing I have set up a bot using Python-Steem that votes on 10 random posts under the tag #venezuela .

The bot is created under the account @vinotinto and the code I used is @emrebeyler´s tagbot that can be found here: https://github.com/emre/tagbot
