Hello everyone, it鈥檚 your girl, chisom13@chisom13鉂わ笍

Have you ever watched a movie that takes you back to the days (especially back in secondary school) when falling in love felt like the biggest adventure of your life? 馃檲馃き

This movie took me down memory lane.

The movie follows Elle Evans, a high school girl whose life gets complicated when she develops feelings for Noah Flynn, her best friend Lee鈥檚 older brother.

The issue wasn't that she fell in love. Elle and Lee had a list of friendship rules, and one of them clearly stated that Noah was off limits. So I can only imagine how frustrated I would feel if I were in Elle鈥檚 shoes馃ぃ

You know how these things can be. Sometimes, the heart decides to do whatever it wants, and suddenly, all those rules become very difficult to follow馃槀

I honestly enjoyed watching this movie, especially the chemistry between Elle and Noah. Their relationship didn't start as a lovey-dovey relationship, it was slightly chaotic at first. And let's not even talk about the kissing booth itself. What started as a school fundraiser ended up changing Elle鈥檚 life in ways she never expected.

However, one thing that stood out to me was the friendship between Elle and Lee. Their bond was beautiful, but it also showed how complicated things can become when growing up means making choices that might hurt the people we love. I understand why Lee felt betrayed, but I personally think Elle deserved the freedom to figure out her own feelings without having every decision dictated by a friendship rulebook.

I personally think that there is a difference between what we want and what we believe we owe the people we love. Elle wanted to follow her heart, but she also didn't want to lose Lee. And honestly, being caught between love and friendship is not a position I would wish on anybody. Imagine having to choose between the boy giving you butterflies in your belly 馃ス and the best friend who has been there for you for years 馃槶.

Another thing is, you can't even choose who your heart falls in love with. It just happens, and BOOM!!... You find yourself being drawn to that person.

And Noah? Hmmm...馃槱 He didn't make it easy for Elle. Because tell me why he wasn't just cute and handsome, but also tall and sweet. In fact, he was literally every lady's crush (including mine 馃ぃ).

The Kissing Booth is the kind of movie that gives you butterflies and reminds you how crazy falling in love can be, with all the romance, friendship drama, jealousy, and those messy teenage decisions. I really enjoyed watching this movie.

Would I watch it again?? Yesssss馃槀鉂わ笍 Sometimes, you just need a movie that reminds you of the excitement, confusion, and absolute madness that can come with falling in love for the first time.

But I have a question: Do you think Elle was wrong for falling in love with Noah, knowing he was Lee's brother, or was Lee being too controlling??

Thank you for stopping by my blog.
