Comienzo por lavar bien el mel贸n, lo pico por la mitad y le saco las semillas y lo que sostiene las semillas y con eso preparo una leche de semillas de mel贸n.

Melon seed milk.

Pelo el mel贸n y lo corto en cuadros peque帽os y echo la mitad en la licuadora con un litro de agua y una cucharada de az煤car, licuo muy bien por 5 minutos para que se licue bien y listo luego hago lo mismo con la otra mitad pero a este le eche 3 cucharadas de azucar por que a mis nietos no les gusta con poca az煤car y se los serv铆 con bastante hielo y ellos muy felices.
Melon juice.
I peel the melon and cut it into small squares and put half of it in the blender with a liter of water and a spoonful of sugar, I blend it very well for 5 minutes so that it blends well and then I do the same with the other half but I add 3 spoonfuls of sugar to this one because my grandchildren do not like it with little sugar and I served it to them with a lot of ice and they were very happy.
