Forrando con cuerina los cojines[Esp-eng]

Feliz noche amigos de esta hermosa comunidad de @hivediy espero que se encuentren bien donde quiera que estén, mi esposo @manros11 y yo tenemos días trabajando en la casa de mi hija arreglando todo lo que sea necesario para que su hogar se vea más bonito y acogedor, mi esposo arreglo 2 bancos de madera y los modifico para hacer 2 muebles para la sala y con 2 colchones de cuna le hicimos los cojines porque uno era una cuna y mi esposo lo convirtió en mueble y el otro tenía un cojín echo de retazos de tela así que convencí a mi hija de que comprara 2 metros y medio de cuerina negra para forrar los cojines y se mantuvieran limpios por que su mascota una linda salchicha se la pasa montada en los muebles y bota mucho pelo.
Así que mi esposo y yo salimos a comprar la cuerina que costó 9500 $, yo venia muy contenta porque ya tenía en que entretenerme.
Como aquí no tengo las herramientas necesarias para hacer el trabajo más fácil tampoco me desanime por eso y trate de hacer el trabajo lo mejor posible.

Good evening, friends of this wonderful community at @hivediy. I hope you are all well wherever you are. My husband @manros11 and I have been working at my daughter's house for days, fixing everything that needs fixing to make her home more beautiful and welcoming. My husband fixed two wooden benches and modified them to make two pieces of furniture for the living room. We used two cot mattresses to make cushions because one was a cot and my husband converted it into furniture, and the other had a cushion made of fabric scraps. So, I convinced my daughter to buy two and a half metres of black leatherette to cover the cushions and keep them clean clean because her pet, a cute dachshund, spends all her time climbing on the furniture and sheds a lot of hair.
So my husband and I went out to buy the leatherette, which cost £9,500. I was very happy because I now had something to keep me busy.
As I don't have the necessary tools here to make the job easier, I didn't let that discourage me and tried to do the job as best I could.

Lo primero que hice fue poner la cuerina sobre la mesa para trabajar más cómoda, luego metí el cojín dentro de la cuerina que había doblado para poder cortar a la medida exacta junto con otro pedazo de goma espuma que le pedí a mi esposo que me cortara para que quedara del tamaño del mueble y se viera mejor.

The first thing I did was place the leatherette on the table to work more comfortably, then I put the cushion inside the leatherette that I had folded so that I could cut it to the exact size, along with another piece of foam rubber that I asked my husband to cut for me so that it would fit the size of the furniture and look better.

Como para ese momento no tenía ayuda corte de ambos lados a manera de marca la cuerina y la doble guiándome de los cortes para cortarla fácilmente, después que la corte uni las dos puntas y con paciencia fui cociendo por cada lado para cerrar dejando un centímetro de cada lado para que quedara justa la goma espuma, me costó un poco de trabajo porque no tengo máquina y la aguja no es la ideal por que era muy pequeña, pero nada que con gana y paciencia no se pueda lograr.
Después que cerre los lados en cada punta de los lados cosi que quedara como un triángulo de aproximadamente 4cm para darle forma.

As I didn't have any help at that moment, I cut both sides to mark the leather and folded it, using the cuts as a guide to cut it easily. After cutting it, I joined the two ends and patiently sewed each side to close it, leaving a centimetre on each side so that the foam rubber would fit snugly. It took me a bit of work because I don't have a machine and the needle wasn't ideal as it was very small, but with determination and patience, anything can be achieved.
After closing the sides at each end, I sewed it so that it formed a triangle of approximately 4 cm to give it shape.

Echo esto voltee el forro metí la goma espuma y cerré el forro ayudándome de la pistola de silicona por que ya me dolían los dedos, luego forre el otro cojín ayudandome de la pistola de silicon, de verdad quede muy satisfecha con el resultado y mi hija y su esposo más, con el pedazo que me sobró forre dos cojines pequeños que tenía uno de los muebles y el más feliz fue mi nieto,así que con ganas y paciencia y de una manera sencilla cambie los muebles de mi hija hasta que ella pueda comprar unos para el living y pase esos al patio.

I did this, turned the cover inside out, inserted the foam rubber and closed the cover with the help of the silicone gun because my fingers were already hurting. Then I covered the other cushion with the help of the silicone gun. I was really pleased with the result, and my daughter and her husband even more so. With the leftover piece, I covered two small cushions that belonged to one of the pieces of furniture, and my grandson was the happiest of all. So, with enthusiasm and patience, and in a simple way, I changed my daughter's furniture until she can buy some for the living room and move these to the patio.
