At the time of writing it's 10:45 PM. And today i worked sleeplessly and worked till 1:00 PM and went to sleep at 2:00 PM and woked up at 6:00 PM and after waking up got freshed up and had snacks with cup of a Tea 🍵. After that watched some YouTube videos.

And then i felt as i should listen music so i started the music and sometimes sounds can heal you. I have a Ukulele and sometimes i try to play it and definitely those sounds heal me. Music is divine aspect when it touches our emotional points and heal us.

After this session went outside for a Walking Session and walked with my companion and that is music. This journey was pleasant and left refreshing impact. I have to take out more time for my Dancing Sessions because my Intuition is advising me to Dance🕺 more.
