It was always pretty cool to see comments on my posts that always had this unique tag 馃憞
I had always wondered what they did to get that tag (Please don't laugh at me, haha. I'm still a very young cub who's still experiencing life). But then I didn't put too much thought into it because I always had a way of figuring things out.
So yesterday when I read
It was quite easy to download. I just went straight to my playstore app and search Leofinance, almost immediately the app came out and I installed it. Then I went on to log in using hivesigner where I was asked to input my username and key, in few seconds I was logged in.
One thing that scares me a lot about apps is the UI, if it's not easy to use it really gets tiring. An app needs to be easy to navigate and it has to be pretty smooth to keep the user glued to it. If I start using an app and it starts hanging too much I'll lose my urge to use it.
So throughout this afternoon, I've been checking out the app and it's features and I must say it's pretty great. First thing that caught my interest was the bright orange color, it felt like I was opening a game and it kept me excited everytime.
I noticed the application narrowed my feed to only posts made on Leofinance and some few others that used the unique 'Leo' tag. It made it easier for me to engage directly with Leofinance contents and authors. It felt good because I didn't have to go through the stress of scrolling through contents to find the ones I was interested in. It has also made engagement pretty easier for me.
Some Cool Features
Dark Mode
Like other amazing apps the Leofinance Mobile Application allows you to use the dark mode feature. If you're someone like me who loves to use my apps in dark mode you'll find it quite fun. I've gotten used to the beauty that comes with getting rid of all that whiteness and adding a little bit of dark to the mix. Another amazing addition is that you get a chance to change the prevalent orange color to another color of your choice. Every one has their own taste when it comes to colors so it's better to chose whichever you're convenient with.
Notifications
I find this one quite useful because it keeps you quite informed. The app shows notifications at the top of your phone screen whenever you have an upvote, a reply to a comment or a comment on your post. Whatever activity actually happens on your account relating to Leofinance you get to know asap.
Wallet
When you click on the wallet icon you get to see you HP and your LP boldly looking at you. When I saw mine I laughed, sadly I have a lot more work to do to grow my LP and I'm surely going to work towards that. I havn't gone deep to checking if you can withdraw your Hive directly from the app or power up your tokens but I'm sure it'll be easy to do that here and surely theyll also be room for polyCUB and pHBD.
Speed
The app is quite fast and you can make comments pretty easily. If you're looking forward to beating KhaL and Taskmaster you should sure go download the application and see how smoothly your sail would be.
Apart from all the things listed, making a post is quite easy. It's more like you're using an editing app ,lol.
I havn't noticed anything I don't like yet, but I'll surely have to keep using the app continuously and I'm sure there's always room for an upgrade. The Leo Team sure would work on that, and I must commend them for the work so far. The Leofinance is surely showing why they're the biggest community on Hive.
Thank you for reading this, if you enjoyed it or it connected to you in a way, I invite you to drop a comment I'll be glad to reply鉂わ笍
