We gathered at the meeting. When we are meant to present the budget and how it has been spent during the run of our organisation this year, to the director, our president asked for the budget and the secretary presented it to him.nAnd looking at it, it was not a tangible one at all.
The release of allocation was not properly accounted for. When they called the secretary,he was trying to convince them about the proof but it was not accurate. The secretary decided to call for the treasurer to account more but when they asked for the treasurer, he was not there. And they called if he had a representative but there was no representative.
So at this moment, there was no representative of the facts of what might lead to how the budget was being spent. We were in this situation where we had to adjourn the meeting to the next adjourn the meeting because they were not able to say the facts about how the budget was being handled.
