Good day guys, am here this time to talk on exercise and body fitness, to me the way I keep my body fit at all time is to engage in a sport, basketball to be precise, it has been two years and six month I played basketball last due to school schedule and others activities that sources founds for me while in am in school, I do work at a barding saloon after class so I don’t really have time to play basketball for about two year and six month I have not played basketball, just recently that I travel to gusau in zamfara state due to the strike between the federal government and the ASUU the academy staff of union university that has kept as at home about five month now, I decide to get back and to keep myself fit again, so I want out to play basket, actually this not the first time I play it here, it the second time the first time was not capture on camera, after the game I couldn’t even move, all muscle that has compress are now loss and the pain was unbearable, but that the price I’m willing to pay, to keep fit and healthy, at time of writing am still feeling serious pain on my lap, and my hand, but as it is said' no pain no gain', this is the pain am going through right now, here in gusau they don’t really have much people playing the game, unlike Abuja and port- Harcourt or maybe is because it a military base and everyone is just focus on their work, and the alarming rate of bandit in the area, gusau has been on army surveillance for almost a year right now, solider has been deployed here, seven month ago when things a server, when bandit are terrorising here, armies was force to seize all communication and block every network coverage for about three month, just to tackle the insurgence, which today we can see peace in the area, which for now we still haven’t hear any bandits attack so far, enough of the bandit issue, the games was fun and it funny to see what I can do with easy before I stop playing basketball, I struggle to do it now, what you leave eventually leaves you.
