We have been fighting this war for a longtime now, but victory seems far from us. We have utilized the different tactics made available to us, but it seems all aren't productive. In this fight, there's no winner, as both sides have lost enough. Yes we have lost a lot, but what's to come is far bigger than whatever we might have lost. So many factors are against us in this fight but one thing is certain — that we will win this fight. I don't know how it will happen but I am convinced that it will happen in no time. We aren't the cause of this fight, we have no hand in what led to this fight but here we are fighting for our freedom and for the future of the unborn generations. Our fathers and forefathers accepted it and learned to adapt but we are fed up and we must see to the end of these injustices.
The fight for our great nation, the fight for the betterment of everyone, the fight for the exploitation of the great potentials and talents of the young ones, the fight for the comfort of everyone. The fight to have a better place called home! The fight for a greater Nigeria. All we ask is to: have a place where everyone is equal and no one is seen to be more of a citizen than the others, have a place where everyone will flourish and excel, have a place where innovations and creativity is promoted all round. They — the systems, see us as their enemies, they attack us with the notion that we are after their downfall even though they know we are only fighting for the good of everyone.
This country is ours and will be great again! Let's not give up now, for victory is ours and it's closer. Immigrating to some already-built nations isn't the way out. Yes I know what we seek is greener pastures but it's not the best way. Let's build our nation now for us and for our unborn children. Soldiers go, Soldiers come, but barracks remain! Let's make this country a better place to be, for everyone. This is our country, this is our home, and this is our responsibility!
Let's make Nigeria Great Again!
