Hello music lovers, it's been while since I posted anything in this community but all to God for keeping me alive and bringing me back here again to share with you one great about how to perfectly play the instruments and for this one I would be using the drums to explain but it could be applied to any instruments.
One of the greatest challenge instrumentalists have is how to manage the resources around them in order to make a perfect play and I will be sharing some of those secrets in this post so let get to it.
METRUNUM is a timing system either n a fast tempo or slow tempo, the idea is to aid in increasing our speed while playing it to reduce our speed.
METRUNUM is very important for those who are learning the instruments because it aid us mastery over any grove, beat or any style of music from a lower tempo to a higher tempo.
There are different system of counting and they are always /4, that is they are named in fraction and in music the number 4 makes a bar or a measure so any number over /4 is one bar of counting in that number, for example 2/4 looks like this; Ii Ii Ii Ii making one bar or 1,2 1,2 1,2 1,2 making one bar.
The most often used counting systems are 2/4, 4/4, 3/4 and 5/4, counting when understood can aid in understanding and learning genre easily.
Leaning how to count is one of the important factor in perfecting our skills on the instruments, it helps us align faster with genres and it gives our instrument playing a better shape.
In the case of beats, th are also in tempo, the beats increase the tempo increase from instance, there are four main beats;
Many instrumentalists don't know how and when to apply different groves but in other to be good instrumentalists we must know the right grove to for any genre.
One of the key to playing the instruments perfectly is learning how to manage time, so many instrumentalists lack the ability of time management and they keep fumbling while they are playing.
I would like to take an example using drummers, it purpularly known that we heat the timbers at the count of 1 or at the number 1 count but should Incase one forgets or get distracted and Misses that number 1 count a wise drummer who knows how to manaytime will create an free style to be able to meet up with the next number 1 count.
The key to mastery over any instrument is consistency, it helps build up our skill and makes us not to forget them easily.
