I don't actually know when it was song, who sang it and wether it was officially released to the public in any track but, all i can say is that it's a very popular song known in my country.

From scripture we can tell that God's word is established already in heaven just as in the prayer Jesus taught us "your will be done on earth as it is in heaven ". Walking in the reality of God's word is our responsibility to attain and i believe that is why the above prayer was made.
