Hello there, everyone! I just wanted to share a very easy low-carb meal that I frequently prepare, particularly during the rainy season. This recipe is based on a popular Filipino dish called Arrozcaldo. Rice is known as arroz, and rice is a favourite back home. In my instance, I chose cauliflower because I'm aiming to minimize my carb intake. It's used to replace rice, hence the name Caulicaldo! Oh, and I like to add a squeeze of lime juice to make it even more delicious.
Boiling eggs are also an option. I always do that because I adore eggs. Enjoy. 😊
