LOL i'm also in one of those underfunded pension funds that my employer at the time forced us into but I don't see the sense of pulling it out only to pay fees and tax on it so I just leave it there to die, if I do ever get to use it hopefully it can get me a nice pair of dentures :P

I would imagine people would have to start falling below the poverty line with taxes like that and the cost living going up, not everyone's going to be able to manage with credit and keep going. But I mean isn't it cold there? It's not like here where you can sort of be homeless and the weather doesn't actively try to kill you, so wouldn't the government come in and support these people?

I'll never understand the idea of taking money away from people is the best option surly we're all so self-interested that giving us more money makes sure we cover our won arses first more people taking care of themselves the less government need to take care of, or so I tend to assume

Oh I don't doubt it, its going to be a bumpy ride to whatever this ends up being but I am here for the long run and having fun, earning and buying crypto and learning far more than I did when I was in Uni.
