While the window may be shut for most of the big leagues some of the other leagues remain open and moves can be made and one that could benefit arsenal
Galatasaray have enquired about 29-year-old midfielder Mohamed Elneny, with the Turkish transfer window closing on Wednesday; the Egypt international has just a year remaining on his contract at the Emirates Stadium
There would be no point in keeping him as he wouldn’t play much and leaving on a free just seems like a waste if you can get something for him and get him off the wage bill sooner
Mo is a very conservative player and a decent squad player but his not what you need right now he just makes up the numbers!
He passes backwards and sideways most of the time, besides the occational worldie his not much of a goal threat and while he does have great work rate his pretty clumsy and has the odd mistake in him
Not as much as Xhaka but enough for fans to be fed up with him and want him gone! If Arsenal can move on Mo to Gala and Kolasinac to Fener as stated earlier in the season those would be two great moves in trimming more dead wood from the squad
