INGREDIENTS
500gr of puff pastry
1 liter of milk
2 eggs
100gr of sugar
50gr of cornstarch
1 tbsp vanilla
5 drops of milk sweet essence
PREPARATION
1º Lay the dough on the counter and stretch it with a rolling pin
2º Place the dough in molds for tartlets or you can also in a mold to make cupcakes and it is giving the form.
3º Take this mold to the oven preheated to 180º for 20 minutes approximately.
4º For the cream, place the milk in a pot and bring to medium heat.
5º In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the cornstarch and finally the essences.
6th Place the mixture in the pot with the milk and cook 10 min until it thickens.
7th remove from heat, let cool and fill tartlets with cream.
8º Place the fruit you want on the top of each one, in this case strawberry and peach was used.
