I will be making puff puff in this video, puff puff is a common snacks loved by many, both adults and children. If you are lucky to get in very early in the morning while it's still hot, it's a banga 馃構.
I will be sharing my recipe of puff puff here ,so if you haven't tried it yet,this is an opportunity for you to do.
Ingredients:
Note: you must have a scale or a measuring cup before making this. Don't try eyeballing, you might not get the perfect outcome.
- Flour -250g or 2 cups.
- Sugar -60 g or 2/3 cup(1/3 cup 2 ce).
- Yeast-1/2 tbsp or 4.5grams.
- Milk flavor - 1 tbsp or 7 grams,if it's liquid flavor ,then it will be 15 grams .
- Grounded Nutmeg -1 tsp or 3 grams
- Salt- 1 tsp or 3 grams.
- Water - 1cup ,can be less or more than that depending on the quality of the flour to absorb water ,so add little by little until you get your consistency.
Procedures:
- Add in your flour, sugar,yeast, flavor, nutmeg and salt in a clean bowl, mix together thoroughly.
- Add in your water little by little until you get your consistency, mix well and beat
- Cover up for 30-45min, must have doubles in size and you will notice some bubbles on it surface.
- Fry on medium heat.
- Your puff puff is ready 馃帀.
