1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 x 440g creamstyle corn
1 & 1⁄2 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon crushed cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed coriander
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
Olive oil
- Combine all ingredients except oil.
- Heat a non stick pan and lightly coat with oil.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture and cook on both sides.
- Repeat till mixture is used.
