1 cup cake flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg, beaten
1 x 440g creamstyle corn
1 & 1⁄2 teaspoon ground green chillies
1 teaspoon crushed cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon crushed coriander
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons coriander leaves chopped
Olive oil

1. Combine all ingredients except oil.
2. Heat a non stick pan and lightly coat with oil.
3. Drop spoonfuls of mixture and cook on both sides.
4. Repeat till mixture is used.
