The moment I tried the Korean-style of grilled pork called "Samgyeopsal," I fell in love with it. And it has been one of my greatest cravings most of the time. I am just lucky to know a few restaurants with the best offers and servings.
There are times when I could not resist my cravings anymore, putting me in a position where I eat alone. Before, I used to go with my partner, and he cooks for me. But now that we're in a long distance relationship, I learned how to cook Samgyeopsal all by myself — which was quite liberating.
