During our work hours, my colleagues and I are always talking about what to have for lunch. We usually pack our own lunch or just order from the local carinderia. It depends on our mood.

Today was different. While we were talking about random topics, someone suggested we eat at McDonald's during our lunch break. We all said yes since it's just beside the office. We planned when to clock out and what to order.

When the clock hits 12:00 at noontime, we clock out and walk for a few minutes to the fast-food restaurant. When we got there, people were already eating, so we looked for a perfect spot. Then we ordered at the kiosk and were given a table number. We still need to wait for our orders.

We were told to wait for a few more minutes since we ordered fried chicken. We just started talking about random topics again. Also, I did not forget to bring my chili oil with me here to elevate our eating moment. Everyone loves spicy foods here.

After waiting about 10 minutes, our orders were served at our table. We were still waiting for the dessert, and while we were waiting, we already started eating since we only had one hour for lunch. Most of us ordered fried chicken, and also added floats as our dessert.

A single rice meal is enough since I am trying to go on a diet this year. It already made my tummy full and satisfied. Meals from McDonald's will always be my comfort food since then.
