English Version
Self-blocking as a form of resistance. I don't know if what I'm saying is valid (the phone corrects me, "valuable" is also valid), to face problems; but I think it is necessary for one's own mental health.
It is a truism to say that everyone is busy with their own things, nothing could be more true, overwhelming the existence of another with one's own troubles is unnecessary, when one has faith, when one hopes for the best, when one knows that time will inexorably pass, the future will arrive and everything will be resolved as planned.
Very well, but what do you do with the new anxiety when you already have layers of the old one and now it is superimposed on the nerves that were already stretched to the maximum. It is my most graphic way of describing my emotions today, Tuesday or Sunday, I don't know what day it is
I don't want to think about anything and someone always comes along and says to me: "and you... haven't you thought that...?" and takes me out of my "comfort zone" which was silence, not talking about it.
What a divine mirror life is, behaviors that irritate me but at the same time tell me that I am very possibly like this, in that same way, from here to there. Then I think and search through my memory shelves and I say to myself: When have I asked so-and-so why he doesn't do this or that?
The excess of good faith can be that: excess. Yesterday a good friend wrote to me about a man who died and whom she knew, "the poor guy stayed on the operating table..."
Crank!
Yes, after interacting with someone my heart goes wild and unrestrained and I have to invest a good time in recovering, my brain tells me indifferently: "keep knitting and don't talk to anyone"
When I had Covid a friend called me insistently and told me why I had to take "aspirin", I remembered well that due to a duodenal ulcer, that had been forbidden to me, but this person insisted, creating Dantesque situations of what she believed was going to happen to my lungs. I didn't block myself, I blocked her. We are different, I mean, what happened to Ruperto doesn't have to happen to me.
There are moments in life where you have to build the comfort zone, it sounds nice, tasty, to have your own space, where you can sleep soundly. Where our scared face can be made up and come out unscathed to continue showing itself.
Something like a kind of tent that covers everything and only those beings enter whose positive and hopeful messages give a nice energy. Those who talk about a knitting point, or a place where they sell beautiful threads, who laugh remembering how good a certain series is on Netflix, or about the new semeruca ice creams that Doña Lola sells and laugh with you about your mistakes.
A portfolio in progress.
There are no absolute truths, or are there? Life will continue to surprise me, teach me lessons, give me tests and I will continue to learn, grow and try to be a better person.
Thank you for your kind reading.
