I have failed so so many times I lost count and some of the failures I can't even recall but when I look back what I see is that whenever I failed, stood back up, and kept trying that I would reach the goal or destination. It could be instantly or take a while or maybe years but l eventually got there.

When ''Fear of Failure" strikes, at least that's what I always say, I've experienced things like feeling alone, sweating, trembling, or shaking sensations, and sometimes my heart rate was going up. So I know what it feels like; it can make you think less of yourself, doubt the skills you have, and make you care about what other people would think of you when you fail. These are just some of the symptoms and THEY ARE REAL!

ATYCHIPHOBIA, that is what they call the Fear of Failure. It can have a positive or a negative result on you, but that depends on how you deal with it & how you manage it. Not everyone experiences it!
This phobia has levels of severity from mild to extreme. It's also linked with anxiety or mood disorders that affect one鈥檚 mental health and quality of life.

It is totally normal to feel scared or have doubts when you're going to try something new, do stuff you have never done, and have dreams beyond the ordinary. It could be things like committing to a relationship, engaging in unusual situations that you鈥檙e not accustomed to, or getting a new job. But fear of failure, holding you back from achieving your best self, may have developed into a phobia. Remember that it is just a natural human emotion that signals you to be cautious of what you鈥檙e doing or will do.

Fear keeps a handful of people focused but some people believe that if there鈥檚 a chance of failing at something, there really is no point in even trying it. Failure can make you doubt yourself and that may prevent you from going after your dreams, but when you realize that feeling like a failure is a choice or just a feeling that can be changed, setbacks can work to your advantage.

Failure should be a stepping stone for achievement, not a reason to quit. It will help you learn from your mistakes and can be your main ingredient in moving forward with your career.

Anyone can get through this if you develop the right mindset and get rid of this feeling.
Failing at something doesn't mean stopping there.
Therefore, start at the root!
Where does this insecurity come from?
Is there a way to leverage it?
But whatever you do fight through tears and falls even if it means falling five times before achieving your goal.

Failure is not fatal, it's merely an opinion!!

Thank you for making it to the end!
Don't forget to help at least one person every day. Do this by sharing how you overcame your fear of failure!

See you in the next post, Have a great day!馃檵
