This is my whole dayz activities that I did throughout the day to take my stepping over 10k steps. From yesterday I am going to get more time for physical exercise and yoga.
Actually today morning I was at my playground. Unfortunately I could not play cricket match due to time restrictions and I was late. It was a beautiful playground after rainy season.
From previous few month I was away from playing cricket match but now from tomorrow I am going to start it. It will be a great moment for me when I will meet with my fellow players tomorrow.
Before it again the day started with warm up and stretching body and reached at my playground after a phone call.
Before it like other days it was busy day for me. While returning from the office I saw cluster and beautiful landscape. Actually throughout the day wind was blowing hard with white cloud.
Finally finishing my activities with 10k steps that I get by walking moving around the office and visiting nearby market..
