Happy Friday to all..
this is my today's whole days activities at I did throughout the day to take my score over 6k steps. Actually it was gazetted holiday here Guru Nanak jayanti. Till half day I was busy to maintenance of the room after that I wasted a nearby friend within 1 km range. Whenever I be in leisure, differently I would like to make pedestrian to increase my steps. Finally I got it and take my score 6k steps.
I cannot say exactly that it was a good day but it was not a bad day too. Enjoyed a lot there staying almost 1 hour. Finally I said him goodbye and returned at my room. at evening I visited nearby market to buy vegetables as it is a market day here on Friday.
Finally publishing my I activities with 6k steps that I get by walking and moving nearby market. Hope you are also doing good to keep yourself fit and healthy..
